Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vault of the Cards. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the information below carefully.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand only. At this time, we do not offer other international shipping.

Any future expansion to international shipping (including New Zealand) will be clearly communicated on our website.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on eligible orders. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

We aim to pack and dispatch orders the same business day where possible, or the next business day if same-day dispatch is not achievable.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Typical delivery estimates within Australia are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable timeframe, or if tracking information appears incorrect, please contact us at vaultofthecards@gmail.com


6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Vault of the Cards is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout


7. Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and items (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
