How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Australia. This allows us to keep shipping reliable and affordable for our customers.
How are single cards packaged?
All single cards are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Cards are placed in a penny sleeve and protective top loader, then secured inside a padded mailer.
What condition are your cards in?
Unless otherwise stated, all cards are Near Mint or better. Any cards with noticeable wear will always be clearly noted in the product listing
Do you sell authentic trading cards?
Yes. All products sold at Vault of the Cards are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers and distributors.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help modify or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Checkout, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Do you restock sold-out cards?
Some cards may be restocked depending on availability. If a card is out of stock, you can check back regularly or follow us on social media for restock updates.
Do you sell sealed products and accessories?
Yes. In addition to singles, we stock sealed booster boxes, packs, and trading card accessories.
