Pre-Order Policy

At Vault of the Cards, pre-orders allow customers to secure upcoming products before they officially release. Please read the following information before placing a pre-order.

Release Dates

Release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may occasionally change. If a release date is delayed, all pre-orders will automatically ship once stock arrives and the product officially releases.

Shipping & Order Processing

Pre-orders will be packed and shipped on the official release day of the set.
Orders will be processed in the order they were placed, meaning customers who pre-ordered earlier will have their orders packed first.

We aim to dispatch all pre-orders as quickly as possible once the release date arrives.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available and ready to ship.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

Payment

Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time the order is placed. This secures your allocation of the product.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the product ships by contacting us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been shipped, it will be treated as a standard order under our normal returns and refund policy.

Stock Allocation

Pre-orders are fulfilled based on available stock allocations from our distributors. In rare circumstances where allocations are reduced, we will contact affected customers and provide either a refund or alternative solution.

Updates

Any updates regarding release dates, stock arrival, or shipping will be shared through our website and social media channels.
